Passion for beauty in historic buildings, stunning scenes of nature, and our community’s lush landscapes has motivated three renowned local artists to display a selection of their work in a one-day show at the Wrightstown Octagonal School.

On Sunday, June 21, from 1 to 5 pm, Wrightstown artists April Ann Bohmler, Kay King, and Trisha Vergis will show some of their favorite original works in ‘Wrightstown Brushstrokes”, the second feature program of the Octagonal School’s 2026 season of open houses, Weather permitting, they will also demonstrate plein air painting on the schoolhouse grounds. All three artists show frequently in juried exhibitions throughout the region.

The Wrightstown Octagonal School is a historical museum owned by Wrightstown Township and operated by its Historical Commision. The school is located at 2091 Second Street Pike, at the intersection with Swamp Road. Parking is accessible via the Swamp Road entrance.
